What is VoIP?
Voice Over Internet Protocol allows you to make and receive phone calls over your high-speed internet.
How good is the quality?
In most cases, the quality meets or exceeds acceptable voice quality levels of traditional phone
service.
Are there per minute costs?
No. For our low monthly cost, each caller enjoys unlimited domestic usage. Additional rates may
apply for international calling.
Can I still use my computer if I am on the phone?
Absolutely. VoIP phone usage does not affect your computer usage. You can still send and
receive emails, surf the web, with no interruption.
If I switch to VoIP, can I keep my existing phone number?
The answer is usually yes. Most VoIP service providers allow you to keep the same number upon receiving a
signed letter of authorization.
